Okay, so this picture might be old, but everything is new to me, since I am the only Mets fan in Southwest Florida.
The Mets take on the NL Central-leading Cincinatti Reds.
Advantage: We are at home. We are the best home team in baseball. I always give us the edge when we are at home. That's just the way it is.
Disadvantage: Johan Santana is pitching the second game of the series, and since the Mets don't score for him, we'll lose the second game of the series. But then again, we should be able to beat Cincinatti, since we only lose in embarassing ways to teams like the Nationals. And the Reds are legit this year. Like they're better than St. Louis legit.
Advantage: Mike Pelfrey is pitching tonight, so we will win.
Disadvantage: Umm...I really can't think of another disadvantage. Advantage: home team.

I'll be at tomorrow's game. I didn't realize Santana was pitching. Normally, my reaction would be, "Oh good! Johan's pitching!! Excellent!!", but instead, my reaction was, "oh man, Johan's pitching?!?!?" LOL
