Perez on 15-Day DL; Still Has a Chance to Comeback

Oliver Perez was placed on the 15-day disabled list so that Jon Niese could be activated prior to today's start.

Really, it's a win-win: we win because Ollie is gone (for now) and Ollie wins because we didn't DFA him, even though that's what we should have done.
